1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and participating in the Ultra Strong Workshop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Disclaimer & Assumption of Risk

a) The information, exercises, and training methods provided in the Workshop are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

b) Participation in physical training, running, strength exercises, and mobility drills carries inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, strain, or discomfort. By attending, you voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages—whether known or unknown—that may result from your participation.

c) You acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring you are in suitable physical condition to participate. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or concerns, you must consult with a medical professional before engaging in any training or exercises from the Workshop.

d) Pyry Liukkonen and any affiliated parties will not be held liable for any injuries, health conditions, or damages sustained during or after participation.

3. No Guarantee of Results

a) Results from the Ultra Strong Workshop may vary from person to person. Individual progress depends on numerous factors, including but not limited to consistency, effort, personal fitness levels, and adherence to training and recovery principles.

b) The strategies, techniques, and recommendations provided in the Workshop are intended to support running performance improvements, but there is no guarantee of specific results, such as reduced race times, injury prevention, or endurance gains.

4. Personal Responsibility & Participation

a) You agree to take full responsibility for your own training, recovery, and injury prevention outside of the Workshop.

b) If at any point you experience pain, discomfort, dizziness, or any other symptoms of distress, you should stop participating and seek medical attention immediately.

c) You acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that you are responsible for your own well-being before, during, and after the Workshop.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

a) Payment for the Workshop must be completed prior to attendance.

b) Due to the nature of the Workshop, refunds will not be provided once the event has started. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if requested at least 7 days before the Workshop.

c) If unforeseen circumstances require the Workshop to be cancelled or rescheduled, participants will be notified and offered a transfer to a future event or a refund at the discretion of Pyry Liukkonen.

6. Intellectual Property

a) All materials, training plans, video demonstrations, and instructional content provided in the Workshop are the intellectual property of Pyry Liukkonen.

b) These materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, or shared without prior written permission.

7. Photography & Media Release

By participating in the Workshop, you agree that photos or videos taken during the event may be used for promotional or educational purposes. If you wish to opt out of this, please notify Pyry Liukkonen in writing before the event.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable jurisdiction.

9. Agreement

By registering for the Ultra Strong Workshop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. You confirm that you voluntarily participate at your own risk and release Pyry Liukkonen, any instructors, and affiliated parties from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your participation.
