Hi, I'm Pyry.


I'm from Finland, but I live in Melbourne, Australia. My name translates to blizzard in Finnish. One of my favourite pastimes is to watch baristas try to spell my name correctly on coffee cups.

I have been a personal trainer since 2016, and I've accumulated more than 10000 coaching hours on the gym floor. 

Most of my clientele are working professionals with modern lifestyles, and modern problems. These people are in a hurry, but they want to feel great, look awesome, move well and stay vibrant for as long as possible.

I'm extremely passionate about health, longevity, and human high performance.

It is my mission to deliver scientifically proven, and empirically tested methods and tools to people who want to live their best lives right now, and for decades to come.
